1. Highly rigid overall bed:
The bed adopts an integral cast structural bed, the internal ribs are arranged reasonably, and the rigidity is high. The guide rail adopts an intermediate frequency quenching grinding process. Adopting anti-creeping guide rails and other technical measures at the sliding guide surface, dynamic characteristics such as friction damping coefficient are in the best state, avoiding the occurrence of low-speed crawling.
2.High rigidity and high precision spindle:
The main shaft bearings of the machine tools are selected from domestic famous enterprises. The headstock adopts a symmetrical structure to make the thermal deformation uniform and avoid the offset of the center of the main shaft. In order to reduce thermal deformation, the bedside box is lubricated by oil bath circulation.
