Common lathe thread processing parameters?

Outer diameter (large diameter), an imaginary cylinder diameter that coincides with the tip of the external thread or the bottom of the internal thread. The nominal diameter of the thread is the large diameter.

2, the inner diameter (small diameter), and the external thread bottom or internal thread top of the imaginary cylinder diameter.

3, the middle diameter, the bus bar through the convex and grooves on the teeth of the width of the imaginary cylinder diameter.

4, pitch, adjacent teeth in the middle diameter line corresponding to the axial distance between two points.

5, lead, the same helix adjacent teeth in the middle diameter line corresponding to the axial distance between two points.

6, the Angle of the tooth type, the Angle between the adjacent two teeth on the thread type.

7, the Angle of thread rise, the Angle between the tangent line of the upper helix of the medium diameter cylinder and the plane perpendicular to the thread axis.

8, the working height, the distance between the overlapping parts of the two matching thread teeth in the direction perpendicular to the thread axis, etc. The nominal diameter of the thread is the nominal diameter of the pipe thread except that the inside diameter of the pipe is the nominal diameter, and the rest are the nominal diameter of the outside diameter. Threads have been standardized and are available in metric (metric) and imperial systems. The international standard adopts the metric system, and China also adopts the metric system.
